We currently accept payment by Credit/Debit Card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or Paypal.
The price shown is inclusive of UK VAT (VAT invoices available on request)
and most items include free mainland shipping (excluding highlands/islands & N.I.)
- if you live outside our free postage zone, please ask before ordering, prices depend
on total size & weight of your order for shipping outside our free postage zone.

We will normally offer you a discounted return label or collection service.

Change of Mind / Not Required
We accept returns for refund within 30 days of purchase for any reason, assuming the item is completely unused, in original packaging, as received.
Faulty / Damaged
If your item has arrived faulty or damaged, please let us know as soon as possible, we'll arrange an exchange or replacement at no cost to you.
- If the item has replaceable parts, please provide the part number from the instructions, it's usually faster to replace the part at fault, than send the whole product back.
For flat-packed or self-assembly items, please check all parts are present and correct before assembly begins. We can replace parts easily before you start, once its assembled, its often impossible to replace the part, and we can't accept assembled items back for refund.
- If the parts are not perfect, the finished item will never be perfect. Don't assemble using imperfect parts unless you are certain you wish to keep the product in that condition.
Hygiene-Related products, such as toilet seats, cannot be returned for refund after they have been opened. Please check carefully before unsealing products that may have hygeine concerns after being unsealed.
If the product is damaged/faulty, and you couldn't know without opening it, we will of course still arrange an exchange or refund for you.
Our return policy is a standard 30-days. We will endeavour to help you as best we can even if you discover an issue after that time, but please help us to help you by informing us of any problems at the earliest opportunity.
Once your item returns to us, it may take a couple of days to reach the front of the return que, where our team will open and check the item, and issue your refund.
- Please allow up to 14 days from return for refund, but it's usually much faster.
