Q: Do you have a showroom where i can view products?
A: We have installed a small showroom for bedroom furniture in our warehouse,
but not all the ranges are on display. Please get in touch if you'd like to visit.

Q: Can i collect my items from you, instead of waiting for delivery?
A: Usually yes, but not for all products. We're based in Glasgow if you wish to collect an item.

Q: I can't find the instructions. are they missing?
A: Some of our manufacturers print their instructions on the box, please check there.

Q: My item arrived damaged, what do i do?
A: Dont panic, contact us. For flat-pack items, dont assemble yet. Let us know the part number of the damaged piece, & we'll send you a replacement before you begin assembling.

Q: I have received my order, but its not suitable. Do you accept returns?
A: We have a 30-day return policy, but please ensure any items returned to us come back in
    the same condition they were received - in the original packaging, with tags, unused, etc.
    - Please contact us before returning an item.

Q: Do you offer express / international delivery?
A: Depending on the item, we can usually offer alternative delivery arrangements.

Q: Do You offer assembly on flatpack furniture?
A: We have an assembly service exclusively on large bedroom furniture items, available in most areas.
- if assembly is available in your area, our courier will offer it when they call to book in your delivery.
- if assembly is essential, please contact us with your requirements so we can provide a quote prior to placing your order.
